Bandon is special

Back in October of 2022 I made my first trip to Bandon Dunes with 3 close friends. We could not have had a better time and I documented all the golf with my GoPro. In fact, we had such a good time that less than 2 weeks after returning from the trip we booked our return for July of ‘24. Bandon can have a pretty long wait list, so we got on the books early.

I thought we got lucky with the weather the first time we made the trek, but this trip was unbelievable. Low winds, comfortable temperatures, and phenomenal conditions reminded me why Bandon just might be heaven on Earth.

This time I brought more than just a GoPro. I brought our videographer / editor to make sure we didn’t miss a moment of this bucket list trip and I am glad I did.

It was just an unbelievable time that reminded me of all the reasons we love golf. The outdoors, time with buddies, and distractions from all the troubles of day to day life. We put away social media. We stopped checking emails. And other than running the Tangent app in the background… we unplugged.

The beauty of Bandon is that it is golf as it’s meant to be. It’s walking only. It’s remote. It’s great people, great food, and great courses. Now with a battery recharged, it’s time to get back to growing the business. I already can’t wait to go back.
